Terms and Conditions:

1. If your product does not meet the specification as clearly specified on the website for each product in relation to moisture content etc, then we guarantee to provide a full refund.
2. Product should be stored as instructed, i.e. under cover to avoid the product getting wet.
3. Any claims should be made within a ‘reasonable’ length of time after purchase. i.e. it is expected that any complaint would be made within 3 months of delivery.
4. The Money Back Guarantee relates to the following products: all kiln dried logs, kindling, Flamers and log stores.
5. This only relates to product quality and does not relate to delivery as we use a third party carrier so some issues are out of our control.
