When we launched Certainly Wood in 2006, having pioneered the kiln drying of firewood, the aim was to provide customers with unique high-quality products. It was the product consistency and excellent customer service that started to build long-term customer loyalty. Many of our customers, whether retailers, or end users still buy all their firewood from us, nearly 20 years later. We now run 8 wood fired kilns, producing up to 20,000 tonnes of sustainable British firewood every year from the family farm in Herefordshire.
Having run our loyalty scheme for several years, we now wish to provide an even better scheme which addresses the most common feedback our customers have raised over the years: more flexible delivery, security of supply, forward scheduling orders and more discount offers. Applicable to: those wanting to secure their future supply at a discount and not having to worry about running out mid-winter. You can re-schedule your orders any time before despatch and also pause the delivery during the summer.
Cancellation: Free and you can cancel at any point.
Sign up: To create your subscription, simply choose the option on the product page and select a frequency of delivery before adding your selection to basket. Once paid, you will get access to the back-end portal where you can manage your subscriptions yourself any time you log in.

- Schedule deliveries in advance: Select the frequency of your orders to secure winter supply and remove the hassle of remembering to re-order. We will only take payment for the future order 5 days before your chosen delivery date and you will be able to re-schedule/cancel these orders at any time.
