Rump Steak

Ingredients
1 thick rump steak
(225g or 8oz cut to even thickness)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground allspice
Pinch of pepper
Method
Combine the ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
Rub the spice mixture generously on both sizes of the steak.
Grill the steak to your liking.
